When we got back from vacation we decided that it was time for Ella to make the transition from our room to her own. We didn't do it sooner because we knew she would have to sleep in the pack n' play while we were out of town and we didn't want her to go back and forth. As hard as it was, we knew we had to do it. She did great! She slept from about 8:00-5:00 and woke up for a bottle. She went back to sleep, rested until 8:30, and woke up a very happy girl! I awoke to her cooing and talking in the monitor, so I grabbed the video camera and got some good footage of her waking up in her own bed for the first time.
