Wow! Finding the time to blog lately has been a challenge! Wonder why?!?! We are enjoying our little Emmy so much and things could not be going more smoothly. God is so good!
Here are some pictures from the hospital and Emerson's first day at home. Since my delivery was scheduled I don't have a "cool" story to share, but I will say that I love my doctor and the team that brought Emmy into this world. They were amazing and I have recovered super fast. The nurses were wonderful, and I felt like I was in my own home in the new rooms at Baylor. So stinkin' nice!!! Thank you to all who came to visit at the hospital and those who sent beautiful flowers! They made our room so much nicer to be in. :) We will always cherish the memories of having our dear friends there to meet Ms. Emerson, and share in those first few special days of her life. We love you! Now, enjoy the pictures... :)

Love all of the pictures!!! Okay...so I definitely hate you because you totally do not look like you had a baby in ANY of these pictures!! Seriously girlfriend..you look aweomse!
Okay, all those pictures made me cry (the meeting of the sisters) AND get baby fever all over again.
If I knew I could come out of it all looking as good as you...I would do it! ha
Amanda, what a wonderful tribute in pictures to your beautiful little family and friends! Sisters are such a joy - I never had a sister but I watched the 3 of you and it really is a wonderful experience as a Mother. As I look at these, I remember you didn't just have a baby, you had major surgery!! And yes, you do look amazing Mama!
She is so precious! I am glad that you guys are adjusting so well!
I have been meaning to log onto your blog for a while now so I could get the Emmerson update. She is beautiful! ...how sweet it is that Ella could wear her "Big Sister" t-shirt on the big day. You all are adorable and you look absolutely AMAZING! :)
