1 Year

Being 1 year old brings a lot of changes! Ella Grace is truly becoming more toddler-like by the day. She is doing so many new things and even beginning to throw a few temper tantrums. :) Hard to believe that she is already one, but so much fun at the same time!

Here are a few new things E is up to at 1 year:
*Drinking 100% milk - no more formula! Yay!!!
*Says "hi", "bye", "baby", "dog", "ball", and a few more from time to time
*Points at things she sees or wants
*Claps at appropriate times for herself or others.
*Loves to crawl into my lap and sit while swinging/kicking her feet. This is such a sweet time because she is on the go so often. I love it!
*Cuddles with us in the morning and in the evening during bottle time.
*Gives kisses when asked and even when she just feels like it.
*She is so independent and can keep herself entertained for a good while.
*Holds the phone and pretends she is having a conversation while babbling...so funny! I will have to post a video of this soon.
*Loves to dance when she hears music or I sing..attempt to sing. :)
*Likes to "wrestle" with daddy.
*Walking full time
*Has 10 teeth
*Can climb up into her chair or in her wagon and can get down by herself most of the time.
*Understands so many words and responds accordingly.
*Still loves her bath and gets excited when we mention the word.
*Walks around mumbling under her breath like she is plotting something or planning her next move. (Thanks Mom for reminding me!)

There is so much more, but not enough room on this post! It is so fun to watch her grow and become her own person. Her personality is shining through more every day!
