It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas...

After a long weekend of Thanksgiving fun, we began to switch gears and start thinking about Christmas. This is our favorite time of year...decorating the house, putting up a tree, listening to Christmas music non-stop, drinking hot chocolate, going to festive parties, I could go on and on! We are super excited this year because we get to share the fun with Miss Ella. Decorating is definitely going to be a little different this year due to a VERY mobile baby, but the show must go on. :) Today we pulled everything out of the attic. Zach handled the outside while I TRIED to start on the inside of the house. Ella was into everything! I had to wait until she went to bed to really get things done, but still didn't finish. Oh, well, that just means that the fun of decorating will last a little longer!

Here are a few pictures of us getting in the spirit:

Z hard at work!

All bundled up watching Daddy.

A mother of one of my students last year gave me this adorable "soft" nativity scene. She used it with her kids growing up so they could actually touch a decoration. How neat is that?

Even Ranger got in the spirit...can't you tell? :)

More pictures later...
